Remington’s Restaurant
A classic American grill located on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Remington’s offers comfort and enjoyment to all who walk through their doors. A stylish, modern setting awaits hundreds of tourists and business people daily. Having built this wonderful environment, we are humbled to witness the popularity of this restaurant in our own neighborhood.
Conrad Chicago Hotel
When The Conrad Chicago hotel opened in December of 2016, it brought gorgeous interiors and modern amenities to this 20-story building along Michigan Avenue. Siteline was selected by Clayco Construction Company to install the millwork in the complete renovation of former office building. Exquisite millwork can be found throughout, from the lobby to the guestrooms to the rooftop deck. It was a privilege to be a part of the building of this incredible environment.
Howells & Hood
Located on the ground floor of the historic Tribune Tower along Chicago’s Magnificent Mile sits one of the newest upscale restaurants and bars, Howell and Hood. We installed the millwork in this trendy and comfortable establishment, featuring rich wood wall panels and booths, copper clad columns, wood ceiling panels with recessed lighting, and multiple barroom areas. It’s rewarding to know Howell and Hood’s patrons are enjoying the relaxing ambience created by our team.

Writer’s Theatre
We are proud to have contributed to the creation of the Writers Theatre in Glencoe, Illinois. Over the past two decades, this theater group gained enormous acclaim and finally built a home commensurate with its renown. The building designers, Studio Gang Architects, emphasized a “more pedestrian-friendly, more interactive feel” for the interior of the Theatre, relying strongly on millwork finishes throughout—a perfect match for our team. The Writers Theatre is the 2017 AIA Institute Honor Award Winner in Interior Architecture.

Siteline was privileged to install millwork and perform finished carpentry in the amenities spaces and the individual units, adding another completed incredible environment to our portfolio.

The Virgin Hotel is unlike any other, offering their guests an unparalleled experience. Naturally, when their first hotel was being built in Chicago, James McHugh Construction needed a millwork installer unlike any other–that’s where we came in. The rooms and amenity spaces throughout this downtown Chicago hotel provide their guests a luxurious retreat, with millwork meticulously installed by our team.
Old Town Pour House
Featuring copper-inlayed bars and custom-milled dark woodwork, this eatery and pour house provides an upbeat atmosphere for lunch, happy hour and dinner. We helped create this atmosphere through millwork installation by our experienced craftsmen, making this establishment look as great as the food and drinks they serve.
